Join us and stay active during the summer. We offer training and coaching for endurance athletes of all kinds. We provide coached swimming, running and cycling groups every week. Our training sessions are open to every age and ability regardless of previous experience (or lack thereof). Members benefit from training in a group environment with a staff of knowledgeable and established coaches. Our membership also includes significant discounts at most local events. For more information feel free to contact us or just visit us at any scheduled workout. If you have questions please see the FAQ section.
We are proud to be part of the Run for the Fallen, a collective of runners whose mission is clear and simple: To run one mile for every American service member killed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Between June 22 and 30 our team will run 534 miles across Arizona, from Big River, CA to Bluff, UT as part of the 10 week run from Fort Irwin, CA to the Arlington National Cemetery. Please join us for one day or the entire week and help us make this event a success. Please e-mail us if you want to join the team or you would like to contribute financially. All proceed will support organizations that help wounded veterans and the families of those killed (Wounded Warrior Project, Yellow Ribbon Fund, HUGSS and the 1st Lt. Michael J. Cleary Memorial Fund).
